What Wor.vn is

Wor.vn is a job board organised by ward. It is not a recruitment agency, does not sign employment contracts on anyone’s behalf and never holds wages. Any working agreement is between the worker and the employer.

Job seekers never pay

Viewing posts, applying and getting alerts are free, forever.

Every post must have

Pay as a number with a unit (hour, shift, day, month). A post without pay cannot be saved.
Working hours.
A real workplace in the correct ward.

Prohibited posts

Charging applicants in any form: deposits, application, uniform or training fees.
Keeping workers’ original documents.
“Easy work, high pay” promises, online task schemes, pay-to-earn or pyramid schemes.
False posts, impersonation, or hiring anyone under 15.

Each employer’s first post is reviewed by hand. A post with 3 reports is hidden automatically for review.

Posts expire after 14 days

So job seekers never call about filled positions. Employers get a reminder 2 days before and can renew in one tap.

Privacy

Your application goes only to the employer you applied to.
Wor.vn has no searchable candidate database and never sells applicant data.
Applications are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Your location is used only to compute distance and is not stored.
