Apply in 30 seconds without a CV: what to write to get a call back

On Wor.vn you apply with four things: your name, birth year, Zalo number and one line of experience. No CV and no sign-in. Since you only get one line, make it count.

What the one line should say

• The most similar job you have done, with how long: “6 months as a café server”.
• If you have never worked, say what the employer cares about: “second-year student, free every evening, live 1 km away”.
• When you can start: “available from tomorrow”.

Use a Zalo number you actually use

Employers usually message on Zalo before calling. A wrong number, or one that blocks strangers, loses the chance.

Message the employer right after applying

The confirmation screen has a “Message on Zalo” button. A short note such as “I just applied for the evening server position on Wor.vn. Could I come and see the place this afternoon?” puts you ahead of others.

Ask before you accept

• Whether pay is daily, weekly or monthly, and on which day.
• Whether there is a trial period and what it pays.
• The real hours, and whether overtime is expected.

Where your data goes

Your application goes only to the employer you applied to and is deleted after 90 days. Wor.vn has no searchable candidate database and never sells data. You never pay to look for work.
